Corporate Return & Adjustment Policy
Body and Blast
At Body and Blast, we strive to provide the highest quality fragrances and products for our corporate partners. To maintain fairness and quality control, the following return policy applies to all corporate and bulk orders.
1. Return Eligibility

Corporate orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Items with broken seals, damaged packaging, or signs of use will not be accepted for return.
2. Return Processing Charges

All approved corporate returns will be subject to a 10% processing and restocking fee based on the total returned order value.
3. Damage & Handling Charges

Any product returned with physical damage, leakage, missing parts, or packaging damage will incur additional damage charges.

The applicable damage cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used products

Customized or branded corporate gift orders

Clearance or promotional sale items
5. Return Approval

All returns must be approved by the Body and Blast support team before shipping the items back.

Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the products and packaging when requesting a return.
6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned items.

The refund amount will be issued after deducting the 10% processing fee and any applicable damage charges.
7. Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified mistake by Body and Blast.
